Thousands of Twitter User accounts has been hacked

According to verge's recent en-query  a wast amount of twitter account users where forced to change twitter password and their account password was already reset and mailed to respective e-mails, indicating that twitter is exposed to hackers and several accounts has been hijacked. Twitter has indeed sent an email to some users citing "a compromised account by a third-party service or website not affiliated with Twitter." Twitter has not commented on the matter for the moment, but should not take long to respond. In short, a fault more for Twitter, perhaps victim of great popularity.

Twitter Planning to Add Insta alike Filters with Official Mobile App

According to the latest reports from NY Times , after losing against the acquisition of Instagram ( now owned by Facebook), Twitter consider integrating filters and photo editing tools in the service! The ability to upload and edit videos without having to go through a third party application is also under consideration. Facebook's App Center is start working,now available world wide

Google+ app for iOS gets updated, looks better than the Android

The iOS version of Google + has always trailed behind Android and for obvious reasons. Android belongs to Google so naturally they would want to take better care of their users. But with the latest update to the iOS app, the tables have turned. Google has taken what was a mundane looking app to something that looks absolutely stunning on the iPhone. Your stream has been completely revamped and instead of a simple looking list of posts you now see the posts listed with big image thumbnails. The images are generated depending on the content of the post. A YouTube link will generate a thumbnail of the video, a photo will show you, well, the photo. Google has also introduced a new scrolling animation, where new posts just fly in from the bottom of the screen as you continue to scroll.
