ARCHOS Unveils Three New Phones and One Tablet Ahead of MWC

ARCHOS announced four new devices that they will have on display, three phones and one tablet. There is the 80 Helium 4G (the tablet), the 50c Oxygen, 64 Xenon, and the 40b Titanium. Archos 50c Oxygen The Archos 50c Oxygen is a dual-SIM version of the already announced 50 Oxygen. It's slimmer – 7.64mm vs. 9.9mm – and replaces the quad-core MediaTek chipset with a new octa-core MT6592 featuring 8x Cortex-A7 at 1.7GHz, Mali-450 and 1GB RAM.   The screen is a regression, a 5" 720p IPS LCD (down from 5" 1080p), and so is the camera – an 8MP / 1080p shooter (down from 13MP). It has two SIM slots, HSPA (21Mbps/5.76Mbps) and Bluetooth 4.0. The Archos 50c Oxygen will cost £200. Archos 64 Xenon The Archos naming scheme is simple – the numbers indicate screen size. Archos to launch Windows phone 8 smartphones : Since Microsoft acquired the Nokia devices and services after the original Windows Phone system is already the largest hardware manufacturers Nokia is to allow other vendors to Windows Phone system equipment prohibitive. Nokia accounted for more than 92% of the entire system Windows Phone smartphone market share in 2013, while other manufacturers do not seem to accomplish something in the system market. But it seems from the beginning of 2014, there are many rumors have gradually begun to display new Windows Phone system manufacturers have an interest. Archos Video Player app now available free

When initially Archos launched its own Video Player app in Google play, it was a bit expensive ($4.99 ). Now there’s a free version of the Archos Video Player which you can try before deciding whether to spend your money. You can download Archos Video Player Free from the Play Store. It does pretty much everything the paid version does, but includes ads on the home and pause screens. the Archos video app has a  attractive user interface for managing and playing movies and TV shows on your device. Archos Video Player can download subtitles, movie posters, and other information from the internet, and organize TV shows in by season and episode. The app also supports streaming videos from a shared folder on your home network using SMB or from a UPnP media server. While the app was originally designed for portable devices, the user interface reminds me of a home theater PC UI, so if you plug your device into a TV (or use an Android TV stick rather than a phone or tablet), ...

ARCHOS GamePad Now Available in Europe, Android 4.1 with a 1.6GHz dual-core processor and Mali 400mp quad-core GPU

The Archos GamePad is a device which we have been waiting from a long time to get hands-on and finally,Archos officially launched the device in Europe today, as well as giving us here in America a new time frame to look forward to, early Q1 2013. What makes this device so special are the built-in gaming controls for a complete on-the-go gaming experience. It comes equipped with Jelly Bean, a 7″ display, and a lightweight portable body which shouldn’t tire out your arms.  it's a widescreen gaming handheld that runs Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), replete with a 1.6GHz dual-core processor and Mali 400mp quad-core GPU. There's a 1,024 x 600 resolution touchpanel, physical control buttons and analog sticks, and the whole thing checks in at just 0.3-inches thick. More over its the  low-cost GamePad, which is now start shipping  for £129.99. Unfortunately, there's no word on battery life, but even the optimist in us can't predict a number that'd be worthy of ARCHOS ...

Archos Announced Archos 80 Cobalt, an 8-inch, 1.6GHz CPU 1GB of RAM and Android ICS 4.0

Archos has officially announced their upcoming Android tablet Archos 80 Cobalt on their Facebook page. the tablet features a 8-inch screen with a 1024 x 768 resolution display and runs on Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. under the hood its powered by a 1.6GHz CPU and a quad-core GPU with 1GB of RAM. There is 8GB of internal storage space with microSD card slot. a 2 megapixel camera on the back and a VGA camera on the front. and Running on the Android ICS build. the OS does out dated as Google's Nexu 7 has already have a JB but still the new might come out less costly, but still there no pricing and availability information has been released so far. Archos Teases Next Gen 10 Tablet gives us a Little more Surprise

Archos took its official Facebook page to give a first look at their new product. which is called as the Archos Gen 10 device. we don't see nothing more there. just this awesome white slim tablet which is showed in angles. but at first look the device looks extremely slim. we don't know what Archos has packed into this device for tha we have to wait till 3 weeks ( might be the line up for IFA ). in my suggestion it might be packed with an Android ICS 4.0 version. so whats your opinion ?
