Sony  Android 4.4 KitKat upgrade arriving dates and device list, Google officially announced the 4.4 KitKat a couple of days and today, Sony has revealed its Android upgrade roadmap. In an official blog post, the Japanese manufacturer has also announced its plans with the 4.3 Jelly Bean roll out. As promised, Sony will be bringing the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean to its Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia ZR, Xperia SP, Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z1 and the Xperia Tablet Z. The software roll-out will begin from next month and as usual, the upgrades will seed region by region. The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean upgrade list just doesn't end with the top-tier smartphones. Sony has confirmed that Xperia T, Xperia TX and the Xperia V will be upgraded to 4.3 Jelly Bean. Google has officially announced the new LG Nexus 5 into the world,The latest Nexus smartphone is manufactured by LG. It rocks a 4.95" LCD display with 1080p resolution, which adds up to a pixel density of 445 ppi. The good news keeps on coming with the addition of Gorilla Glass 3 for enhanced screen protection. Their study found that the curved display reduces reflectiveness, which in turn improves contrast and sunlight legibility. Raymond Soneira, the president of DisplayMate Technologies, says the Galaxy Round’s display is not “a marketing gimmick as has been widely reported”. He wrote an extensive article explaining why the curved AMOLED display might be the next big thing to happen to mobile screens. The major advantages of the curved display are improved privacy and reduced reflectiveness because of the curvature. The Canadian Mobile Giant Verizon Wireless has announced that the BlackBerry Z30 will be arriving on te upcoming November for $199.99 with a two-year contract, or 22.91 per month for 24 months for users who opt for the Verizon Edge installment plan. Verizon claims that it will exclusively offer the smartphone in the United States. However, it wouldn’t be a surprise if other carriers pick up the device too (we’ve seen the Z30 with AT&T branding before its announcement). The leaked firmware is very close to the final build, which means that there will be no additional features included in the Android 4.3 OS for Galaxy S4. According to SamMobile, the upcoming software upgrade for Samsung's flagship smartphone will be mostly identical to this ROM, expect for a few bug fixes and minor enhancements. Samsung is expected to roll out the official Android 4.3 upgrade for its Galaxy S4 smartphone in a week or two. However, there is no official word on that at the moment.
