Gionee has announced it's latest Elife S5.5, which is now the thinnest smartphone in the world. Aside from boasting the most impressive 5.55mm waistline, the Elife S5.5 runs an Android-based Amigo OS, sports an octa-core 1.7 GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and a duo of 13 MP and 5 MP cameras (back and front). Gionee has launched its latest flagship Elife E7 , a successor to the Elife E6 launched in India this October. It comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display with One Glass Solution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution comes with 400ppi pixel density. Gionee Elife E7 is powered by the 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with the Adreno 330 GPU. The same processor powers the most flagship phones out there today. Inside the phone is either 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage or 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. In the camera department it packs 16MP rear camera with 5 element Sapphire lens and a front facing camera with a 8MP sensor. It beats the Nexus 5 in the camera department, the later comes with an 8MP camera. Gionee Elife E7 competes with Nexus 5 with these kind of specifications. The Chinese manufacturer Gionee has announced its latest   Elife E7  flagship smartphone which runs on AMIGO 2.0, a heavily skinned Android. The Elife E7 has a 5.5-inch JDI display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 with a pixel density of 401ppi,  also equipped with Gorilla Glass 3. the Gionee's  is powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core Krait 400 processor on a Snapdragon 800 chipset. The 4G LTE variant will be the first smartphone globally to house a 2.5 GHz Krait 400 CPU. E7 with 16GB of internal storage will feature 2GB of RAM, while the 32GB model has 3GB of RAM on-board. The Elife E7's unique feature being a massive 16-megapixel rear camera with 1.34 microns complemented with an 8-megapixel snapper on the front.
