Google Nexus 5 Simple Root Method

It was only mearly a day passed after the official release of the new Google Nexus 5 and now it looks like the device is already got rooted by XDA member Chainfire.



The root method appears easy to accomplish. It requires booting the Nexus 5 in fastboot mode and connecting it to your computer via a USB cable. Afterwards, executing a simple command is required to root the device.

You can find detailed instructions about rooting the Nexus 5 below. Be aware of the usual set of risks which the exercise carries. They include losing your data or bricking the device altogether.
