HTC’s 5 Inch HTC DXL Is Coming Next Month TO Verizon

HTC’s 5 Inch HTC DXL Is Coming Next Month TO Verizon : According to reliable Taiwan media reports , HTC ‘s conference held in Beijing on December 6 will not only for the launch of new WP8 machines HTC 8X and HTC 8S, but also for the launch a licensed version of the HTC J Butterfly HTC DLX.

Like the Previous HTC J Butterfly, the DLX is one beastly Android smartphone. It starts with a 5-inch, 1080p display– which would place the DLX in pretty select company with only the Oppo Find 5 and the Butterfly sporting similar screens. For those of you keeping tabs on the pixel density chest-pounding, that’s a whopping 440ppi. That’s more than enough to ensure this king-sized display will still look crystal clear even when you’re holding it up close.

Under the hood, the HTC DLX hides a quad-core processor. While this particular leak doesn’t offer any specific direction, it’s thought that HTC has used a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro. If this is in fact a re-styled J Butterfly, that makes sense and should mean that it’s clocked at 1.5GHz, too. Again like the J, the DLX reportedly packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage — with a micros SD slot at the ready for easy expandability.

It’s rumored that a 2500mAh non-removable battery hides beneath the soft-touch back. The report further adds that the Asian version will be sold in three colour variants – Black, White and Brown, out of which – China will only get Black and Brown colours. Also the red colour showcased with J Butterfly will no reach other Asian countries.
