Xiaomi MI 2: A quad-core Android flagship In China for $314

Thee new Xiaomi MI has been launched in china, which will be available in China starting October, for only 1,999 CNY (about $315 or €255). Carriers like China Unicom and China Telecom will also offer the handset. Multiple color versions will be available, including silver, blue, pink, and yellow.

Xiaomi  Mi2 smartphone has a number of good functions ( far better with average android phones in market),  the device featured with a 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor (the APQ8064) which is with an Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM, the Display is a 4.3-inch 720p IPS display, and 16GB of internal storage. more further the phone camera is of 8MP with an  f/2.0, 27mm wide-angle lens that can shoot stills at eight frames per second and record 1080p video, and there's also a 2MP front-facing camera. which is powered by a  standard 2000mAh battery.
