The Sony Xperia S features a 9.4″ screen (1280 x 800) and wedge design interface in a completely slim device which makes the tablet more special, the device is powered with a Tegra 3 chipset which is a a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. pre loaded with  Android 4.0 ICS. and also the device comes in there three options based on the  internal storage which is 16, 32 and 64GB respectively, still  you can always expand the available storage via Micro SD slot.
