The device is it self called Goo phone i5, which is even a copy of iPhone branding, the device is packed with Android OS on it ( Still unknow which version ) but also comes with a  3.5-inch display with 940 x 640 pixels, a 5-megapixel Rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel camera on the front side. which is pretty descent specs isn't ?
