Jolla Sailfish OS for Android Smartphone and Tablet is coming
Jolla Sailfish OS is a Linux-based operating system designed by former Nokia staff's for smartphones and Tablets. based on the MeeGo Linux platform designed by Nokia Team, including a gesture-based user interface. As we know the first Jolla smartphone went on sale this week , maybe you won't rush to change to this new smartphone platform. but still there is a good new, as like the Ubuntu Mobile OS Jolla os can be installed into another Android mobile phones according to Jolla CEO announcement made in Reddit. Basically if you can unlock the bootloader and load custom firmware on your device, there’s no reason that you’d be stuck running Android. One of the things that sets Sailfish apart from Ubuntu though is that you can actually run Android apps in Sailfish.
