Qualcomm's new S4 Play Chip's For Entry Level Smart Phones
Today Qualcomm is introducing a new line of lower-speed quad-core chips dubbed from the high end processor, and namely the S4 MSM8225Q and S4 MSM8625Q chip's, which is considered entry-level in the scheme of things.

The new Chip's don’t have the same memory bandwidth as the successor nor the LTE support, of their more expensive peers. They’re not posses the same Krait architecture as the S4 Plus and S4 Pro line, instead being based on the far less-advanced ARM Cortex-A5 design. which these chips will support 720p displays and 720p video encoding and decoding

So devices with these chips will be be limited in their camera functionality and more over the chips won't even  have WiFi or Bluetooth support on-board. so instead manufacturer have to be added via a separate chip.  but more interestingly the new S4 chips will naively support high-speed 3G speeds and which are more concentrated for entry level phone manufacture as to lower the over all cost of the Mobile device by affordable, yet powerful enough  Processors.

The MSM8225Q and MSM8625Q will be available to the public starting in first quarter 2013, so we can expect more powerful entry level smart phone's powering this new Qualcomm S4 chips.
