Nokia to unveil Windows 8 tablet in September, phablet in November

According to the latest reports,Nokia  will announce upcoming Windows 8 tablet in September, phablet in November.

Nokia has been rumored to be working on both a tablet and phablet-class device, with benchmarks for the former and a leaked photo of the display assembly for the latter lending credence to those rumors in the past couple of weeks. Well, if an anonymous email tip sent to Nokiapoweruser is to be believed, we might see the tablet get formally announced in September, followed by the phablet in November.

Nokiapoweruser’s source claims to have gotten hold of Nokia’s product roadmap, but didn't provide any document or image to back that claim. According to the tipster, the tablet could be either a Windows 8.1 or Windows RT tablet, though Nokia is leaning towards the former as Nokia is apparently not confident of the Windows RT platform (neither is ASUS, nor any other manufacturer for that matter).
As for the phablet, which is expected to sport a 6-inch screen, an announcement will apparently happen sometime in the first week of November, though how long it will take for a launch thereafter remains to be seen. The tipster also mentions that dual SIM Lumia's will start arriving in October, and that Nokia will be launching a new product every month between now and December.
Naturally, this is a rumor we’ll need to take with a pinch of salt, but assuming the road map is correct, Nokia will have a device in every category of the mobile market till the end of the year. However, until concrete evidence surfaces, it’s better to not get too excited.
