Siri infringements Taiwan University patent: Case Filed In U.S Court

Apple is the one always Comes with new Patent Infringements against other Mobile companies, but this time things get little changed as Taiwan’s National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) has filed a patent infringement suit against Apple in a U.S. court over Siri voice assistant, the university has a valid patent in US which is mentioned as" Method And System For Matching System Data "

The university says that Siri has infringed two of Major school’s U.S. patents. and also considering to moving towards other major companies whom utilize this Voice recognition technology like Google and Microsoft. the lawsuit against apple has been filed in Texas court. but the school doesn't disclosed the amount of damage they seeking from apple, but said it will be based on Apple’s U.S. sales of devices that use Siri. Could Siri be ban in US?
