Samsung Vs Apple Patent Trails: Samsung Product Developer Denotes That They Are Fighting for The Recangle's

While the Patent wars and Patent Filing are going hot in industry, the Wired magazine sat down with Samsung's Senior Vice President of Product Development and Marketing Kevin Packingham in their studio and having a little chit chat over the Patent issues. to know more about companies decision. he strictly, saying that 


"Apple's patents are too broad, specifically saying that "it’s unreasonable that we’re fighting over rectangles. Samsung only patents unique intellectual property: "Some of our products happen to be in the shape of a rectangle, but I wouldn’t consider that to be an art or a science that we’ve created."

That's what Samsung previously said, there is little more from him as he continue his talks like that companies should not fight for this invalid Rectangular design Patent. should be on the track of new innovative Technology. so lets wait and see what the jury have to say about it.
