Again Samsung gets a strike: Galaxy Nexus Banned in US

As the last time injunction against Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 is taken by judge then it was Banned all over US. this time again Samsung under heat as Apple corporation again strike.Apple has just been granted a temporary injunction against Galaxy Nexus sales in the United States. US Court ruled against Samsung in the patent case, which was initiated in February, but gets its first ruling just now.

Judge Lucy Koh decided that Samsung has broken the  four patents owned by the Apple corporation which are the following,

  • A device being able to search multiple sources through a single interface (Apple's Siri).
  • Actionable linking
  • Slide-to-unlock
  • Touch screen word suggestion

This time to injunction take effect apple must bond a $96 million, The last time in Galaxy Tab case it was 2.6 million.it maybe the final decision taken by judge as Samsung has nothing to react about it but still there will be more trails regarding it for now it just ended in Google Nexus phone.

The court saying that if Samsung product will available all over country then it will affect the over all market of Apples products and sales. But still Google Nexus is only banned inside US. This was a result of Google highlighting its "Quick Search Box" in Android as "core user feature on Android" a year ago on the Galaxy Nexus to.but its evident that Apple is not going to stop their patent war not that fast maybe and also last time their effort to stop the launch of Samsung Galaxy SIII launch was failed.
