Apple CEO's Personal Note to Employees Leakes

Image
Earlier today we go through the Apple Vs Samsung case and which court has taken the final ruling  in Apple's  favor . but as today 9to5mac has been found some major note by Tim Cook- the Apple CEO. who has been written some bold notes to their employ's saying that " Today, values have won and I hope the whole world listens." Here is the full note just below so read it and let us know, about your decision about courts ruling ? Today was an important day for Apple and for innovators everywhere. Many of you have been closely following the trial against Samsung in San Jose for the past few weeks. We chose legal action very reluctantly and only after repeatedly asking Samsung to stop copying our work. For us this lawsuit has always been about something much more important than patents or money. It’s about values. We value originality and innovation and pour our lives into making the best products on earth. And we do this to delight our cu...

Apple iPad Mini Event Moved From iPhone 5 Event in September 12th

Image
We have been expecting the Next flahship models iPad mini and iPhone 5 in the Sep 12th event of Apple. but some news emerged now denotes that there might be a chance that the Sep12th event is only for the Apple iPhone 5 model and latest iOS6 launch so the iPad Mini event will be moved with the next iPod model launch. The iPhone is Apple’s most profitable product and perhaps the single most valuable product line in the world. Keeping the iPad mini to launch alongside a new set of iPods such as the nano and Touch series makes sense, John Gruber: I’m thinking it makes more sense for Apple to hold two events. First, an iPhone event, focused solely on the new iPhone and iOS 6. Then, the iPhone ships nine days later, and there’s another wave of iPhone-focused attention as the reviews come out. Then, in the first or second week of October, Apple holds its traditional “music event”, exactly along the lines of the events at which they’ve been debuting new iPods for the last...

Apple Vs Samsung Final Blowout: A Big Win to Apple

Image
We have been taken a look at the Korean court ruling of Samsung Vs Apple and found that both parties have equal damages . but in US soil the things work with the favor of Apple as the court Rules,  Samsung did infringe on Apple's '381 bounceback patent with all 21 of its products in question. For the '915 patent on pinch-and-zoom, the jury ruled all but three of the devices listed infringed, and more damningly, found that Samsung executives either knew or should have known their products infringed on the listed patents.  The jury also found that Samsung has Allegedly copied Apple's GUI to increase sale of their products. But the Galaxy Tab is not found  to have infringed upon Apple's iPad design patents. Jury has decided that Samsung not only did it willfully infringe on five of the seven Apple patents, but also upheld their validity when it came to utility, design and trade dress. Upon finding Samsung's Patent fil...

Samsung Vs Apple Case in South Korea comes to End: Both Parties have losts

Image
The Apple Vs Samsung patent fight is still ongoing in the US, but in south Korea it has come to an end, but neither one of the companies were winner. A court in Seoul found that Samsung violated some of Apple’s patents, and that Apple violated some of Samsung’s patents. so both parties have to get to pay each other. First of all Samsung must pay $25 million to Apple and Apple has to repay $20 million right back. Samsung’s best devices like the Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy SII and the Tab 10.1 are banned,  Apple has to give up the iPhone 4 and iPad 2 but get to keep the 4S and new iPad.so it was the final decision made in South Korean court but we might see a ruling alike this one in US soil.
